Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy — GLOMA

At GLOMA, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer store credit or size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted. To start a return, email:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit (gift card).

  • Sent via email
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Issued after items are received and inspected

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear
  • Items without tags

Lost Packages

If your order shows "Delivered" but is missing:

  1. File a claim with UPS or USPS
  2. Email us your claim number to info@shopgloma.com

Refunds

GLOMA does not offer refunds to original payment methods. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
